The story of
Wayde F. Bennett, born in American Fork, Utah 63 years ago, left this earth with a smile on his face on April 7, 2025 in his home. He was the son of the late Frank Bennett & Kay Bennett which whom he is survived by. Wayde left his mark on anyone he met. Those who knew him never forgot him. As a youngster he was a boy scout where he won dual honors in pinewood and space derby. He loved animals and horses. He won awards in team roping, was in 4H, loved camping, deer hunting and riding his horse in the low hills. His career began with BMW Services that his father owned. Later on he enjoyed being an entrepreneur with a handful of companies. One of his many specialties included being a heavy duty equipment mechanic. Wayde took pride in his yard, telling stories and forcing food on anyone who visited him. His biggest passion was his family of which he will be leaving a massive hole in their lives. A huge part of his compassion was organizing a community outreach where he enjoyed making coffee and handing out donuts every Sunday for his friends at his church Genesis Project Provo. He is deeply missed and survived by his loving wife Sandy Bennett of 39 years; and his children Brandy & Tyrone Franklin and Dillen & Rachel Bennett. Forever cherished and missed by the pride of his life his three grandsons, Hagen and Jax Bennett and Zeus Franklin. Siblings and their families; Charlotte Deveraux, Dusty Bennett, Candi Trapp and Ton Bennett. A Celebration of Life open house will be held at Genesis Project Provo 875 S. 170 E.
