May 29, 1962 – April 24, 2021 Todd was one of the most kind, gracious, caring, man around. He has been a devoted son caring for his parents and a devoted brother. Todd was the type of guy that would give you the shirt off of his back if it would help you. He was generous to a fault; a hard worker and he honored his commitments. His favorite pastimes were scouts, baseball, hunting, fishing, politics, word search books and a Coke Slurpee from the 7-11. Todd loved his ‘67 Cougar XR7 which likely led to his love of auto mechanic work. Todd was a very skilled mechanic and could fix just about anything; he was a teacher and showed his sister how to rebuild a carburetor. Todd will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Todd is survived by his parents, Theodore and Patricia Hakala; sisters Carrie (Justin) Cole, Tina Ray (preceded in death), Alena Hakala Meadows; his brother, Mark Hakala, and many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Serviced at Cresent 5th Ward 1050 East 10600 South SANDY, Utah. Time to be determined, Interment will follow at Memorial Gardens Redwood Cemetary 6500 South Redwood Road West Jordan Utah.
