They then relocated to Hawthorne, California were Ray attended Salt Elementary, Roosevelt Junior High and Leuzinger High School. Ray was Baptist at an early age at True-Vine Baptist church were he accepted Christ at an early age. Ray had a passion for Christ and for helping people. He attend Christ Spiritual church in Riverside, California. Ray worked in several companies: Northrop, Riverside Cemetery, Gardena Printing Co. Ray transitions from this life on 01/06/2025. He was proceeded in death by (father) Ray L Hoffstetter Sr. and (mother) Fannie L Hoffstetter. Ray leaves to mourn (brother) Roger Hoffstetter and (sister in law) Denise Hoffstetter, (Sister) Renee Hoffstetter, (Daughter) Cheddina, (Son) Zack, (Grandkids) Timothy, Kassidy, La Tisha, Mia, DJ, Jennifer and a host of Nieces, Nephews, family and friends.
