Randy Tompkins, 64 of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on May 22, 2024. Randy was born on November 12, 1959 to parents Gary & Clarice Tompkins in Flint, Michigan. After working 31 years for General Motors, Randy retired in 2008. Randy loved spending his time playing with the Senior Softball, USA league any chance he could. His nickname was “Tall Thunder”, the guy could hit home runs. He also loved bowling. In his bowling career he earned 26 perfect games. Randy is survived by his wife Traci, four children: Andrea (Tom) Cook, Heather Tompkins, Matthew (Jackie) Tompkins and Holly (Myron) Tracey. He had 5 beautiful grandchildren, many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends. Randy's wishes were to donate organs, and tissue and to be cremated. We know at this time his 2 kidneys and liver have found new lives. No memorial has been set up at this time. Rest in peace Tall Thunder, you were loved and will be missed everyday.
