Michael David King passed away in San Dimas, California at the age of 57. He is survived by his loving mother Sandra, sisters Pamela, Carol, and Sarah, brothers Robert and Andrew, nephews Robert and Exavior, nieces Kirsten, Elishyia, Mary, Lily, and Morgan, and great nieces Summer and Autumn. Mike was born in Independence, Missouri and spent his formative years in Des Moines, Iowa. After graduating from Hoover High School, he served 6 years in the Marine Corp. and was involved in the first Gulf War. For the rest of his life, he resided in the Los Angeles area working in technical sales, design, and support, and also in financial management. Mike liked the Kansas City Chiefs and he loved California where he had a large friend group who all loved him. Mike also loved his family who he visited frequently. He is remembered fondly as a kindhearted soul who liked to make people laugh.
