Michael Allen Watson, age 53, of Sun City Arizona, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2024. Michael was born December 9, 1971, in Duluth Minesota. He moved to Rapid City South Dakota in December 1981 where he lived until 2001 when he moved to Phoenix Arizona. Michael is survived by his mother Myra Franz, step-father Richard Franz, step-parents James & Sally Newkirk, his brother Christopher Newkirk & wife Terry and their children Jason, Christine I, and Kaitlynn R. Newkirk. He is also proceeded in death by grandparents Henry H. and Liddie M. Watson and Ruby Franz. A memorial service will be held at be 1pm on January 18 at Piedmont Valley Lutheran church on Spring Valley Court Piedmont SD.
