Melodie Jean Bernaugh (Davis), born on January 29 1966 in Dayton, Ohio passed away peacfully on March 30 2024 in Apache Junction, Arizona at the age of 58. She was preceded by her father Calvin C. Davis and mother Lula M. Davis (Jones) and she left behind her husband Donald R. Bernaugh, her two adult daughters Bonnie J. Sagrillo (Fitzgerald) and Rebecca H. Fitzgerald, her two young grandsons Brayden J. Fitzgerald and Jaxson L. Parnell, her sisters Glenda S. Gilbert (Davis) and Marsha E. Bowman, her brother William F. Davis, her nieces, nephews and her family back East. Melodie was a beautiful old soul who had a deep love for Elvis Presely and drving in the rain. She worked hard in the medical field for most of her adult life. She always put the needs of others before herself. Melodie was a strong fighter to the very end. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
