Lollis Geneva Reese, was born July 23, 1944, She was the 2nd of 4 children born to Lollice W. and Mary G Jenkins in Nacogdoches,. TX. They later moved to Houston, TX where in 1958 she met and later married "Danny" Morris Dean Reese. They had 7 sons and 1 daughter. Geneva worked in private security as a personal bodyguard, she was a Harris County Deputy for 10 years, she was a wife and a mother. She and Danny built up a family business, they traveled and worked side by side at Reese Trucking. They eventually settled in Phoenix, AZ; where they remained together until Danny's passing on December 24, 2003. Geneva is survived by a sister, Sandra Winters, of Houston, TX; a daughter, Athena Reese, currently of Australia; 3 sons-Jesse Reese, of Weatherford, TX; Lollice James Reese, of Phoenix AZ; and William Reese, of Phoenix, AZ; 5 grandchildren-Craig, D.J., Blaine, Cody, and Caleb. She is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; her sister, Mary Crawford, of Houston, TX; brother, Curtis Jenkins, of Houston, TX; son, "Dinky" Danny Dee Reese, of Austin, TX. Private service will be held in the home of Lollice Reese on August 18, 2024 at 6pm
