We are sad to announce the passing of Lidia Vargas McCown (40) of Chandler, Arizona. She passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loved ones on July 2, 2023, in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born to Lupe and Ramon Vargas on November 28, 1982, at the Chandler Regional Hospital in Chandler, Arizona. Lidia had an enormous heart and good sense of humor. She was generous, loyal, and cherished by all who got to know her. She led a happy life filled with family and friends and will be remembered for all the heart she shared with everyone. She was a loving mother to two sons Jacob Polk and Josiah McCown and a daughter, Johanna McCown. She is survived by her siblings Juan Estrada, Lisa Estrada Teter, Melesio Vargas, and Abraham Vargas. A celebration of life will be held in her honor at a later date.
