Kristin Madden Cornell, 72, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on New Year’s Day 2025 at John C Lincoln North Mountain Hospital. She was born in Ogden, Utah in 1952 to Zona & Paul Madden Jr. In her youth she enjoyed skiing, surfing, & spending time with friends. She graduated from Oceana High School in Pacifica, CA in 1969. In 1982 she moved to Tucson, AZ. She worked in retail as a cashier & inventory manager. She enjoyed reuniting with past friends that she found on social media. She was very fond of Wales & traveled there multiple times. Kristin was preceded in death by her parents Zona & Paul, and her sister Karen Madden Maciel. She is survived by her sister Paula Madden (Bob Gordon), daughter Kelli Cornell Salter (Steven Salter), & son David Cornell (Jodi Wheeler). She is also survived by her 2 grandsons Dylan Cornell & Jacob Salter. No funeral or memorial service has been planned.
