Kathleen J. Hillestad, 81, passed away peacefully in her own home, surrounded by loved ones on January 27, 2024 in Canby, Oregon. She was born to Raymond and Elizabeth Hall in Eugene Oregon in 1942. Kathy had a happy, joyful life filled with family, love and nature. She worked for many years at the Clackamas County Clerk office. She raised her 2 daughters on her own. She was strong, very giving and had a wonderful sense of humor. Kathy will be missed by all who knew her and especially her family. Kathy is survived by her 2 daughters, Rebecca and Angela, and granddaughter Samantha. It was Kathy's wish to be cremated. A celebration of life will be held in her honor at a future date. Kathy loved plants and nature so in lieu of flowers, please consider planting a tree in memoriam or anything in nature that will live on.
