The story of
Early in the morning of Saturday, 7th October 2023, Joseph Paul Millazzo aged seventy-four, left us to be with the Lord. He was born to Anthony and Bastiana Millazzo on 1st November 1948 in Detroit, Michigan. Joseph served in the United States Coast Guard and was an accomplished businessman and owner of Sethmar Transportation Inc. As a historian and collector, Joe loved to research and attend Civil War, Native American and antique shows around the United States. As a Civil War presenter, Joe visited schools to educate children on history. When he was not working, Joseph adored spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Joseph also dedicated his life to God, helping those less fortunate. One of his favorite charities included Little Sisters of The Poor. Joseph is preceded in death by his father, Anthony, and his mother, Bastiana; his sisters, Frances, Cecilia, and Jacqueline; brothers; Anthony and Frank. He is survived by his wife, Linda; their three children, Andrea (Alex), Gina (Owen), and Joey (Mitra); as well as sister, Mary; and brother, Paul. He was the proud Papa to seven grandchildren, Christopher, Vincent, Leonardo, Coraline, Pearl, Joey Jr., Carmelo; and two great-grandchildren, Carter, and Kinsley.
