A long time Bend resident, Born April 24th 1974. Lost his battle with addiction April 4th 2024, he was 49 yrs old. He was a Father, Son & Brother. Joey was preceded in Death by his Mother Peggy Bowlsby, Sister Michelle Peterson & grandparents Roy & Della Atkinson. He is survived by his son Tyler Rasmussen, Father Steve Atkinson & stepmother Annie Atkinson. Grandmother Loretta, Sisters Tina Whitehurst-Ness & Dana Larison & many niece's & nephews. May his Soul find the peace this world could not provide.
