Jack T. Crawford, an Army veteran who cherished the outdoors, passed away on July 22, 2024, in Phoenix, AZ. Jack’s life was filled with love for fishing, camping, and spending time in nature. Jack is survived by his beloved daughters: Krystal, Alicia, Nikki, Sara, and Jamie. He also leaves behind his siblings: Judy, Anita, and Eddie.He has been reunited in Heaven with his mother Betty, father Ivan, and sisters Cindy and Sandra. Jack’s dedication to his family and his country will be fondly remembered. His adventurous spirit and love for nature will continue to inspire those who knew him. A memorial service will be held to honor Jack’s life and service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a veterans' charity of your choice in Jack’s memory.
