David Rogers, 67, of Phoenix, Arizona, finished his journey with us on July 27, 2024. He passed with his family at his side. Dave was born on September 27, 1956, to William and Jane Rogers in Trenton, New Jersey. After graduating from Hamilton High East in 1974 he went on to study chemical engineering at Clarkson University. While at Clarkson Dave was active in orchestrating concerts and had a passion for photography. In addition, Dave was a much-loved brother of the Alpha Chi Rho – Zeta Phi fraternity.
After graduating from Clarkson Dave entered the workforce for over 11 years before making the decision to attend law school at Case Western Reserve University. He graduated magna cum laude and was a distinguished member of the Order of the Coif. He also obtained his M.B.A. from the University of Rochester.
Dave was a partner at Snell & Wilmer where he practiced Intellectual Property law. Dave was well respected by colleagues and built lasting relationships with clients. In addition, Dave authored two books on patent and trademark law. Many admired him for his work ethic, his humor and his powerful but loving presence.
Dave loved life. Dave had a deep appreciation for music, photography and fishing, but above all, he loved his family. Dave was predeceased by his parents William and Jane. Dave leaves behind his wife Angela, daughter Amanda, sister Laurie and brother Bill. He will be deeply missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Dave’s honor on September 27, 2024, promptly at 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Palomar hotel in downtown Phoenix. Friends, family and colleagues may provide an rsvp on or before September 9, 2024, to his wife, Angela at angela@enholmlaw.com.
