Saundra Ann Palmer, 85, of Phoenix, AZ died peacefully on May 2, 2023 with her faithful cat Gatsby by her side. She was born in Williamsport Pennsylvania on June 3rd, 1937.
In the late 70's, she left the east cost for Phoenix, which would become her home for more than 40 years.
During her time here she worked for the state of Arizona for over 20 years as an administrative supervisor. She was whip smart, educated, and loved to teach others.
Her love and dedication to animals was evident to anyone she met.
Throughout her life, she rescued over 10 Persian cats from the Persian rescue.
In her down time you would find her reading, taking a course at the local college, or shopping at her favorite haunts. (Tuesday Morning, Sprouts and Trader Joes)
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Ann Santanello of Agawam, MA
as well her two persians Gatsby and Gypsy. She will be forever in our hearts.
