Larry Alan Welton of Thornton, CO passed away on Jan 3rd 2024 of natural causes. He was born on October 27th, 1953 to his parents Gladys and Junior. He had 4 female siblings Laura, Barbara, Diana and Karen. He is survived by his 2 children Larry Jay and Corena. His ex-wife and their mother Connie. He eventually met and married his late wife Julene who already had 2 children Melinda and Henry. He is survived by his 2 grandkids Payton and Brianna. He also had 9 nephew and nieces. Early in life he learned the importance of hard work and he instilled that same work ethic to those who knew him. He enjoyed making anything from wood and was handy around the house. He had a soft spot on the inside and didn't always show his emotions but led with his actions. Larry had a sense of humor and was good to throw in a joke or two while talking to you. Services will be held on January 31st at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 100 Malley Dr.in Northglenn from 12-2 pm.
