The story of
Kerry Ann Stinnette (Starrett) was born on October 3, 1957, in Bridgeport, CT to Nancy and Edmund Starrett, Sr. and entered her eternal rest on July 11, 2024. Her family moved to Stratford, CT when she was a young child and she attended Stratford parochial and public schools. Kerry was a feisty and outgoing child and a fun-loving woman who dearly enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved to sing and perform and spent her later years reading. Kerry was proceeded in death by her daughter Samantha and is survived by her son Shane and her loving grandchildren Elijah, Juliahna, and Noah all of Phoenix, AZ in addition to Ana and Ashlie who also called her “Nana”. She is loved and will be missed by her siblings; Deborah Starrett-Guerin (William) of Las Vegas, NV; Edmund Starrett, Jr. (Maryse) of Claremont, NH; Monica Starrett of Salt Lake City, UT; Rebecca Veillette of Stratford, CT; Andrew Starrett (Lori) of Orange, CT and Alice Bodlak (Randal) of Los Osos, CA along with numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Her family would like to give a very special thank you to Dwight Rushing for all of the help he has given Kerry’s children and grandchildren over the past years. A memorial service is being planned for a later date. Rest in peace in the arms of our Lord and Savior, until we see you again.
